  • Wild Coaching

Get out of the city and breath in the fresh air.

Nature has an incredible way of helping us think more clearly and be more creative. And when you begin to challenge yourself in this environment, even in a small way, you'll start to see what you can achieve in a different light. Combining this with our supportive group coaching will help you to consider what's holding you back from a new angle and find actions to move your business forward.

Fiona's approach to coaching is grounded in who we are as individuals, but is equally very much forward looking and action orientated. She will help you focus on consistently taking steps forward and embracing the opportunities that come with change in our lives. You'll explore what it is that you want to achieve around the weekend's topic and create a core set of actions that will take you to the next step of your start-up journey.

  • Wild Yoga

Pause to breath it all in.

Yoga is relaxing, energising and strengthening. The perfect way to start your day, you'll be able to reflect on your coaching session the night before and get ready to start taking action with your business.

Valentina’s yoga lessons focus on helping you to connect with your body and mind, developing a moving meditation practice to promote inner focus and awareness. Drawing from her personal experience of escaping a corporate job and starting up her own company, Valentina will help you discover your inner strength (yes, you've already got it) and build resilience through yoga, breathing techniques and meditation. You will feel replenished, energised and focused. Yoga at our Wild Coaching Weekend will equip you with yogic tools you can use back home to reconnect with that inner strength any time you need it.

Create action in your business through a wild adventure.

    6 - 7th August 2016

A focus on the art of asking.

Feeling stuck? Are you lacking the confidence or know-how to ask for what you need?

If your business isn't moving as quickly as you'd hoped, it might be that you're simply not asking for what you need. Whether that's sales, collaboration, support or any other aspect, asking for it can be one of the most difficult things to do, but reaching out regularly is often key to success.

We'll explore how we can move forward quicker by learning to ask regularly and looking at how we can develop core relationships. We'll focus on action points to overcome fears and blockers, helping you to accomplish your business and lifestyle goals through learning to ask.

I think I want to escape my Start-up.

It's pretty awesome running your own start-up, but it doesn't always go according to plan. May be you're not making as much money as you though you would, if any, or perhaps you're just not enjoying the day-to-day practicalities of the idea you've chosen to go with.

Don't worry, many founders feel this way and it's important to recognise when it's not working. Remember the lean approach - fail quickly. Recognising that some thing's not working, learning from it and using that new knowledge in your next project is key to long term success and happiness. So if you feel like you're failing at your start-up, embrace it and love your failures - it means you're moving forward.

We'll look at what might be behind how you're feeling and consider some strategies to move forward - whether that's refocusing the business, getting in support or deciding to go down a different route altogether.

  • Meet our Coach

    Fiona Quinn

    Entrepreneur, Coach & Speaker

Fiona has been an entrepreneur for the past 6 years with experience in a variety of start ups from online retail and social enterprise to SME services and education. Throughout her journey she has shared her experiences through motivational speaking, workshops and supporting other entrepreneurs. In 2015 she took this a step further by training with the Coaches Training Institute and has since developed a unique approach to coaching which is definitely pragmatically idealistic.

Fiona's approach to her own life is to wholeheartedly embrace all aspects of herself from being an entrepreneur to her love of baking and microadventures - it's all part of who she is and what she loves about her live. Fiona shares this passionate approach to life through one-to-one coaching and also runs a series of start up workshops for a variety of organisations.

Her latest adventures include the Cam Triathlon, which sees her go from source to sea 3 times; once by bicycle, once by foot and once by SUP, all in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. She recently spoke about her experience at Yes Stories with Dave Cornthwaite and is looking forward to bringing her love of adventure and coaching together through Wild Coaching WEEKENDs.

  • Meet our Yoga Instructor

    Valentina Moressa

    Yoga Instructor & Entrepreneur

An adventurer at heart, Valentina has backpacked around over 40 countries, bruised her knees on a consistent basis well into her 30s and played with nature since she can remember, earning her sisters’ nickname of Mowgli. An important part of her life’s adventure has been yoga: initially just a workout to get fit, it turned into a bigger journey that brought Valentina to travel to India and become a yoga teacher. Trained in Rishikesh, Valentina teaches Akhanda Yoga, a holistic approach that encompasses breathing techniques, mantras, asanas (postures), relaxation and meditation.

Valentina is also the founder of conscious travel start-up Yacht + Yoga (www.yachtandyoga.com), which takes you sailing in the turquoise waters of Sardinia for a week, offering daily yoga and mindfulness sessions. Valentina designed the trips according to her notion of paradise: Yoga at sunset on deserted beaches, yummy Italian food, sunshine and the sea as your private swimming pool.
